Remembering the Poor
Why do Christians care about global poverty? It’s not simply a humanitarian response, but this caring is an outworking of our faith. It’s fundamental to who we are and a central aspect of the Gospel. Come to ‘Remembering the Poor’. it’s a four week Bible study series from Anglican Overseas Aid in which we will come closer to the way Jesus cared for the poor, and be encouraged and challenged along the way. When? Fridays at 2pm in a home near the church. Click here to contact us. Cost? Free! A booklet is provided. |

Personal Bible study

Read the Bible in a Year
Yes, you can do it! Reading the Bible in larger chunks helps us to grasp the whole of God's story. It allows us to read less familiar passages in the context of parts of the Bible we already know. One helpful resource is the Bible in One Year app.
Personal Bible Study
If you are not able to join one of our groups, or you prefer to study alone on line, we are happy to recommend WordLive.
WordLive from Scripture Union is a free, online guide, helping you meet with God devotionally through the Bible. Each day uses a new Bible passage with fresh resources to refresh your quiet time with God.
